NOTE: This service is for Radio only.
The Pending Verification Report can be accessed from the Ad Analysis window. It is also available from the Media Log window. It displays items that have been analyzed for the selected period, but which have not yet met the stringent internal verification process. The more recent the Analysis, the more likely it is that items will require verification. If you select a time period that ends within minutes of the present time, the likelihood exists that you will get some instances of Spots and Songs that have not yet been verified.

link at the bottom left of the results pane, to open the Report pane. The Report opens in a second window.

At the top of the window is a statistics bar which displays the numbers of items awaiting verification by internal systems. Below that, the Pending Verification window displays all instances of plays of items, by Account (Spots) or Title (Songs) on each individual Media Outlet, where verification is not complete, for the contents of the Analysis Report from which it was opened. The Pending Verifications column indicates the total number of instances for each item on each Media Outlet, showing the number of items that are yet to be verified.

As with most browses, you can sort by Media Outlet, or by Account or Song Title, and even by number of verified instances. Click on the header to sort by the items in that column. Click again to resort in the other direction.

As this window opens in a new Internet Explorer window, this allows you to use its search function. To search for any text string:
1. Select Edit from the window's toolbar.
2. Click Find on this page ... to open the Find search box
3. Enter all or part of the text in the search box, select whole word and case options, and then click the previous and next buttons to search the entire contents of the web page.
The Pending Verification Report opens in a separate window from the underlying Analysis Results pane. Click the Close button at top right to close it.
