Accounts and Titles are occasionally subject to change. This can be for a number of reasons, including the assigning or correction of internal data, accounts changing hands, campaigns being revised, or other reasons. This window is designed to allow clients to trace when such changes take place. These are generally corrections made to spelling or further clarification of an Account or Parent, and are logged here as a result of Media Monitor's internal data review processes.
The Account Title Modifications report can be accessed from the Ad Analysis window. It is also available from the Media Log window. Like the Pending Verification and Errors and Omissions reports, the information opens in a free-standing web window. The window displays items that have had changes made over the previous 90 days. Often, the Account record before an Account/Title Modification is similar to or virtually the same to the record after the change.

At the top of the window is a statistics bar which displays the number of items which have been modified over the last 90 days. Below that, the window displays all instances of items where a change has been made, listing the type of change, and changes to Account, Parent or Category. Information is sorted in ascending chronological order by default. The report can be sorted by any header.
The 'Account Before/After', 'Parent Before/After', and 'Category Before/After' fields are dual level fields. Information in each of these fields displays the Before and After status of each Account, Parent or Category.

As with most browses, you can sort by any header: Date Changed, Operation, Account Before, Parent Before, or Category Before. Click on the header to sort by the items in that column. Click again to resort in the other direction.
NOTE: The Account Title Modification window stores a lot of information, depending on the markets you are licensed for. Searches and sorts can take a few moments.

As this window opens in a new Internet Explorer window, you can use its search function. To search for any text string:
1. Select Edit from the window's toolbar.
2. Click Find on this page ... to open the Find search box
3. Enter all or part of the text in the search box, select whole word and case options, and then click the previous and next buttons to search the entire contents of the web page.
The Account Title Modifications report opens in a separate window from the underlying Analysis Results pane. Click the Close button at top right to close it.
