The Errors and Omissions Report can be accessed from the Ad Analysis window, the Media Log window. Media Monitors goes to great lengths to ensure that it delivers solid and robust analysis results. On very rare occasions, our systems might miss airplay of an item due to a tuning problem with a Media Monitors field recorder, or a technical failure at the hosting site, or some similar reason, resulting in an Error. A Media Outlet may lose transmission, resulting in incomplete data, or an Omission. We will alert you to these situations, and provide a dedicated report window which in many cases will help you to pinpoint where the problem lies.
NOTE: This window can be resized and moved for convenience of display. Just click and drag the edge of the pane. See the Last Newspapers Dates for an example.
